Always hiring — Scottsdale & the Valley

We're always hiring painters who finish clean.

Happy Brush Painters is a working painting company, not a lead shop. If you prep properly, cut a straight line, and show up when you said you would, we want to talk — whether we have a job posted this week or not.

What you get working here

Steady work, not one-off gigs

We run residential, HOA, and commercial jobs year-round across the Valley and Tucson. The schedule is real work weeks, not a call when something turns up.

Paid based on what you can do

Pay is based on experience and the quality of your finish. Show us your work and we'll talk numbers on the spot — no vague promises, no runaround.

Good paint and working equipment

We spec quality coatings for Arizona sun and monsoon exposure, and our sprayers and gear are maintained. You are not fighting your tools to make a wall look right.

Prep time is built into the bid

Jobs are quoted with the patching, caulking, masking and washing already in them. You are not asked to skip prep to hit somebody's number.

You talk to the crew lead, not a call center

Small company, direct communication. If something on site is wrong, you tell someone who can actually fix it that day.

Se habla español

Half this trade runs in Spanish. Apply in whichever language you are comfortable in — it makes no difference to how we read it.

What we're looking for

  • You prep properly when nobody is watching — because that is the part that shows in a year.
  • Clean lines, cut-ins, and edges you would be happy to have your name on.
  • You show up when you said you would, or you call before you are late.
  • Comfortable on ladders and around a sprayer, and you respect other people's property — plants, cars, floors, pets.
  • You leave a site cleaner than a homeowner expects.
  • Experience with stucco, drywall patching, or cabinet spraying is a plus, not a requirement.

No license of your own is required to apply. If you have your own ROC license, insurance, or a crew, say so on the form — we work with subcontractors too.

How hiring actually works

  1. Send the form. Two minutes. Name, phone, what you have painted. No resume needed.
  2. We call you. Usually within a couple of business days. A real conversation, not a screening quiz.
  3. We look at your work. Photos of jobs you have done, or we meet at a site. This is the part that matters.
  4. Trial day on a real job. Paid. You see how we run, we see how you finish. Then we both decide.

Everyone who applies gets a call or a text. If we're not hiring for your skill set that week, we'll tell you straight instead of leaving you waiting.

Apply

Fill this out and it comes straight to us — no account, no resume upload, no job board in the middle. If you'd rather just talk, call or text (602) 999-0888.

Know a painter who should see this?

Send them this page, or have them call us straight away. We would rather hear from a good painter early than not at all.
