Common questions

How much does it cost to paint a house in the Phoenix area?

Cost depends on square footage, current condition, and how much surface prep is needed — a freshly-built stucco home and a 20-year-old original-paint home are different jobs even at the same size. We give an on-site number after walking the property, not a phone estimate.

How long does exterior paint last in Arizona's climate?

A properly prepped, exterior-grade coating typically holds up well before it needs attention again, but intense UV exposure, monsoon moisture, and stucco condition all affect that timeline. South- and west-facing walls usually show wear first.

Do you handle HOA paint approval?

Yes. Many communities across Scottsdale, Gilbert, and Chandler require HOA sign-off on exterior colors before work starts. We can work from your HOA's approved palette or help prepare a submission.

Do you work with property managers and HOAs on standing contracts?

Yes — recurring turnover painting for rental units and scheduled common-area repaints for HOAs are part of our commercial work. See the Commercial Painting page for details.
