How a turnover works
- Send the unit. The address, the move-out date and how to get in.
- We look at it. A crew lead walks the unit and sends a written quote.
- We paint. Prep, paint and clean-up, then a walk-through with you or your maintenance lead.
- You get photos. Pictures of the finished unit for your records.
